Ottimo esempio di musica modale
THE TONYS Y THE ALLAN S, GENIUS..ALLLL ¡¡¡¡¡¡
This is a "heavier" version of the MR classic. Like them both. Appreciate the BB version deep tom tom attack.
Great comment. Bill just has insane ability to play rudiments and complicated time signatures. I think you're born with that.
Very simple. BB goes to places where many other "famous" and "goat" drummers do not go. He does what a musician is supposed to do: push the envelope.
Nice comment
Undiluted sheer brilliance
I remember used to being able to hear the bass. Maybe it just gets jacked up to the level it's supposed to be in my mind after so long. 😆
What would happen if in 1981 President Reagan was shot and murdered by the Secretary-General of the United Nations?
This music has been in my heart ever since it was created in 1971.
FYI, the Japanese on his drums spells out the derogatory term for a woman's naughty bits in the swimsuit area.
Gay Paul Desmond be like
This is one of the greatest performances of Terry Bozzio ever recorded. There is so much happening that it is actually making me feel sick with dizziness.
Love this álbum!!!!!!
Good!!!!!!
Un morceau des plus grands temps _ éblouie _ mci à ceux qui l on fait !
Happy 100th birthday Max Roach. Bruford is one of 20th centuries great drummers.
One of the best jazz albums ever IMO, esp as a representation of the time. Breckers tone still one of a kind for me. And the Metheny solo….
This album will never get dated. It will always sound fresh and new. That's the mark of a masterpiece. I bought this album in college when it came out in 1972 or so and have listened to it many, many times since and never am amazed. It was a John McLaughin I never expected to hear after listening to after his work with Miles Davis on In Silent Way and Bitches Brew. Of course, I fell in love with this record and also his rendition of Follow Your Heart on Joe Farrell's record. John is perhaps the greatest guitarist ever due his ability to be a virtuoso in any genre. Jeff Beck thought so.
bad ass
this song gave me a headache
My all-time fave drummer! Love Stewart.
1:11 Scofield solo
Town Square!
Found it, it is.
Ça me dépasse de bcp _ aimerais comprendre si possible tout en relatant sincèrement une belle un peu moi même libre et musicien de nature_ mci à vous tous amis et frères _ la mort nous guette....etc..
❤️🌱🌸😃
Yuzo koshiro did techno with fm synthesis. Thanks john
Oddly, eddie van halen tried to help Allen but said this album was terrible … sorry eddie .. you weren’t remotely close to Alans playing or musical ability
I think this is his only really good album overall and it's an EP.. IMO what he did with Tony Williams on Believe It was his shining moment. No one can question that the man was insanely talented.
this is awesome
J ai jamais entendu pareil _ ça vient d ou ça _ merveilleux tout simplement _ une autre dimension _ gloire à ceux qui l on crée.
Mon frère sifflait ce thème lorsque nous bossions ensemble..que de souvenir😢😢😢
Gold.. thanks for sharing.
Sing it it is
I like the military-style snare roll on the intro and opening verse.
criminal that they took this off spotify
it was just simply a different band with Mick Taylor same as it was with Jones. with Taylor it was a hard rock band. Jones a blues pop band. with Wood a top 40 band.
THINK OF THE EXPOSURE !!...
R.I.P. Michael, Charlie, Kenny, and Don Grolnick, the composer 🙏🙏🙏🙏
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤💯
The faces we’re doing a better version of this very track!
hahah, that's a creative way of trying to wedge Ron Flub Wood into the competition, because when he played Love in Vain with the Stones he did BOTH slide solos because he can't do regular solos worth sh-t
I've never heard a song that I love and hate at the same time until I heard this. Most of it is fantastic. I bought the CD when it first came out because of the parts I loved, I actually enjoy dissonence to a degree, but it is just taken too far on top of this perfect rythm and bass. He sounds as pleasant as an alarm clock in some sections.
From 4:29 Tony just lights up his kit!
This album has the distinction of being produced by none other than Eddie Van Halen himself! RIP to both!
Loved this band ,RIP James and Pete. Great performance even if their guitars are slightly out of tune!
Never get tired of 80's Crim!
The Ship Leader with the officer O10 level ranking and Mister Spock and Mister pilot and Mister coplilot and the rest of God shift control room crew were great . Live long and prosper . This true for the rest of the great crew and the rest of the space military navy level one unit with an Admiral One as the Commander of that unit .
Amazing
I loved this piece so much, that as a bass guitar player, I taught a 14 year old how to read music to enhance his bass guitar playing. I would always play Peace One to start our lessons. Jeremy loved the piece so much, it must have stuck in his unconscious, as the last bass teacher he had on upright, was the one and only, and we miss him, Charlie Haden...
pinshi rolota
I sent this bootleg to DGM in the late 90s for possible release as I was living in Japan at the time and CD bootlegs were easily available. This and Nagoya, I think.
